I can't wait until Sunday to say it; Mercury goes retrograde on Sunday night. So it's a scramble to get what you need down on paper or negotiated. Starting Sunday we'll have until early December to rehash, and chew the intellectual cud.

We begin the week wandering in the mind. The thought style of Aquarius. Floods of ideas and little action, every possibility is open to us. Mars is square Neptune so there could be a surfacing of the energies that have been building. Fights over passions, ideals, lovers, fence lines, or styles of government could erupt. There is always conflict waiting, it's the nature of the atom on up. But the ultimate challenge of the human mind is to find a way to elevate conflict to resolution. To sift through outbursts and locate the core or seed of what was to be communicated.

How we resolve conflict is always more interesting then the ways we got into it. Ideas abound and the problem with fresh ideas is that the rub the scales of those in old patterns the wrong way. Sometimes floating the test balloon can get popped by the grumpy one hold the pin of, "well that's the way we've always done things" or "that's just the way things are."

It's easy to pop a balloon and much harder to blow it up. When offering up a different idea on how to do things realize resistance isn't always instant or attached to the idea at hand. When you're the one confronted with the new way of doing things what is your reaction? Aren't we all holding the pin sometimes? Especially with ourselves? Only you can prevent internal forest fires... Balloons take awhile to blow up but an instant to pop.

Monday we have the morning Mars action, if you're still surviving by the evening then you can use the Venus and Jupiter hook-up to sooth some wounds with the ability to expand and establish the beauty and higher order in your world. Basically getting the perspective that you always have the opportunity to shift towards an elevated way of living. Falling down is always an opportunity for a fresh way to get up.

The moon in Aquarius gives us the ability to start the thinking towards a new direction, make some notes as your mind wanders. Have some private brainstorming sessions with yourself, let all the differing perspectives of you by you have a chance to speak.

Tuesday is the quarter moon, seven days until the full moon. What has come up in the last week that you would like to press on with? Be specific and understand that you can apply fresh thinking or unheard of mental technology to any 'long-standing' problem and immediately see some shift if the focus is there.

Wednesday most of the day is void of course. Really not a day to sign contracts or expect agreements made to stick. In the afternoon the moon heads into Pisces and we have some footing though it's in the water. Late in the evening the moon is trine Jupiter in Scorpio, the aware of us will be able to pick up on psychic messages from within! Not voices in the head but actually communication from the inner you! If it does come in an issue-tweaking message let it sink in. Sometimes the best advice is from ourselves.

Thursday the moon still in the watery arena of Pisces gives us the antennae up sensation all day. Particularly since Uranus the special planet of internal communication is aspected early, giving this whole day a dreamy and revolutionary feel. Remembering and using dreams is as easy as telling the subconscious on the way to sleep that you want to. This is a great time to take the dream reality seriously.

Friday we shift into Aries in the evening and things can heat up for the day sparking lively. The Veterans Day memorials will take place under the last degrees of the Pisces moon, the 12th of the signs and attributed with death and endings. Grieving is a long process and the stark reality that the dead are gone is something we can't budge on. War dead though we can look and see how we are currently creating new veterans that have served in foreign wars, focusing energies on healing the wounds left here and the causes that grow the ranks of the fallen. Fighting rather than resolving is a collective decision we have all made. One that we can change at any time.

Saturday the pace has picked up. Those fresh ideas and plans for action that came about this week and survived the onslaughts of the critics can be put into action now. Use the vibrant nature of Aries to initiate, but mindful that the push from this sign has trouble with follow through so leave yourself a few reminders to finish what was started under this moon. Venus and Uranus in aspect give us a tone that can integrate the novel thinking into a way that brings more pleasure and harmony. Real pleasure like shared food, or a calm day in the back yard with friends.

Sunday well there is no getting around to one of the most known and least understood astrologica events: Mercury retrograde. Machines can become finicky and give even the most literally minded person the pause to reflect if mechanisms can gain consciousness'.

It's a little less than 3 weeks until Mercury heads direct. Now is the best time to pour over scripts, proposals, blueprints, contracts and look for the dangling strings, crossing the 't's, dotting the 'I's and making sure that they are in order to be used. Still some of us must have meetings, give presentations, do shows, close deals, book gigs, so plan for the unexpected as it's going to happen. Bring an extra guitar cord, batteries, copy of the graphs, and notes of the meeting ect.

You can never have the right tool that's been forgotten but applying some attention to possible snafus is going to give you a shot a reviewing the future and being fully in the present. A real reminder that no matter what, in the moment you go with what you got.
