The last week Roman calendar year '05 is a moon darkening into a new moon on Friday night. Kinda like the year in mini scope. It was a dark year; secrets have come to the surface that tells us we may not have known everythi9ng clearly about our leaders. How have we lead ourselves is more important. Still ending on a new moon is saying that we also have some seeds for growth.

The new moon in Capricorn inspires us to make real changes that affect the physical body, where it lives, where it works and plays, what it eats and how it feels. However you come down on the existence of soul or the energy field of the mind it's the body that is the vehicle carrying it around most of the time.

Monday is the busiest day of the week for the moon, before heading void of course late in the night she aspects six planets, giving us the energy of two squares, and a trine, sextile, ocnjunction and opposition. Chaunnakka and Kwanza both happen today also. We heed the call of Scorpio when it stings. Usually when surfacing it's harsh but no doubt about the facts. There will be no time to dwell, as it's a feeling that we're constantly behind schedule. So let the schedule go! Nothing really gets done this week anyway. Take notes though of things that looked one way and with just a little information or observation appear entirely different. Take people at face value but apply core deep templates to them.

Tuesday the waning moon is void of course for the whole day! It's a rare event as it's not often the moon doesn't aspect at least one planet in a day. We're still in Scorpio so the surfacing of the secrets or hidden passions, not just sexual come to the surface. We have a fresh sense of how the holidays felt to us. Now is a great time to see the inner motivations that cause us to love/hate it every year. No time like now to reorient our perspective, it's not like the aren't going to happen next year.

Wednesday we get a bit of a pick up after the last few days of being dazed. The moon in Sagittarius pulls us towards some direction. The file of, 'what I want to do', and 'what I don't want to do' is completely evident. If you can't take those actions now at least leave yourself a note somewhere to be discovered in the New Year when you need some backup from yourself. The Sun aspects Uranus this evening and we all we get the hints of whacky new ways to be, the brave and creative will jump on it!.

Thursday is a continuation of the Sag energy. We're also in the darkest day of the lunar cycle, so it's time to set the seeds. So close to the Roman calendar New Year we can roll the new moon energy over and apply it to the calendar to come. It seems the best advice on resolutions is to cling to your virtues and let the vices hold on for themselves. Without making harsh judgments on ourselves we can look at areas of the body/mind/heart and see what we would like to add. Working from the deep energetic out is often much more effective than constantly scraping at the surface hoping for some effect.

Friday is the new moon at 7:12pm PST. It's in the first decant of Capricorn and signifies change taken on the most basic level, things that concretely affect the way we live in the body. Getting the reigns on the body often will lead to the heart able to fly free of tethers. Do a survey, again with out the inner mean voice, see what areas seem realistic to apply a new template to. When we shift the way we view limitations instantly we become boundless, it's all about how we envision ourselves. So ride the line between stark reality and where your desires lie.

Saturday is a continuation of the thick Capricorn energy though void of course for most of the day, so it's best to have your list made before today. It's always simple and obvious to ourselves where we want to make room for growth. In the early morning there is a conjunction with Mercury and Pluto. So words will have a heavy topspin. Take care around the heavy subjects and make sure to pick you battles today carefully. Best to choose not to battle at all. On the grander front look for some news that will be slipped into the weekend broadcasts, this administration is stumbling like a punch drunk boxer and rash actions of the past could come to the surface and attempts to further cloud the truth will be clumsy at best.

Sunday is a busy day in the skies. Venus changes signs into Capricorn and the Sun is trine Mars. We're likely to have more energy then a normal new years day. Ride it and let the momentum build. The idea of Venus in Capricorn for the next month gives us the opportunity to calibrate the energy of Venus; moral guidance, harmony and beauty down onto the physical plane. Ultimately we would all not just walk our talk but run, swim and fly it also!
