It's best to do it under you own power, none of us like having it done for us by force.

Take some stock. There's clear vision if a bit dry and stark. You can look at your life as a spreadsheet for a moment. We know it's not like this, nice clear lines between the parts of our lives. But with this vision you have a starting point. Midway through the day the moon heads into Aquarius and that spread sheet floats away in the wind. On this waxing moon the revolution of Aquarius could be a bit frightening for some. The 'way things are' isn't so apparent and we are dizzy with the sensation that the world is full of chaos and that includes out mind. Resistance can shred the sails, best to turn into the wind and flow with it. Many of the outlandish things that come down this week will become commonplace reality. So that big change at work or home that had you all worked up will in a few weeks be molded into the fabric of 'normalcy'.

The players of the Lunar eclipse coming up are already dancing. The Sun and Uranus face off. Venus heads into Virgo further activating the Virgo/Pisces axis. It's near Jupiter also and so is a potent transit. The orderly and thought out are infused with the fresh, new and innovative. For those attached to the stale paradigm this can be challenging, like trying to bead a necklace on a roller coaster.

Venus into Virgo lends a sense of discretion to relationships. There is an actual path towards unconditional existence and it begins with those we love most. Words and actions of love take on a practical but very deep tone. The relationships that are fluid and giving will be able to support emotional and spiritual growth in that graceful and practical way a hidden beam supports a house.

Mid-day the waxing moon slips into Pisces and the eclipse is on. Most of us live heavily on the Roman calendar, which doesn't represent the natural process. However you can bring it about by returning to observing the flow of the lunar cycles, it will save you some grief the next few days. Rescheduling that possibly agitating meeting for next week or moving up that appointment to trade massages are good trades. Jupiter again gets some action and the nudge to expansion becomes a shove. It is the nature of all organisms to evolve to higher or more complex and intricate states.

There is a thin line between overwhelmed and overflowing. When we feel overwhelmed sometimes trying to retreat and hid is counterproductive. Like a sneaker wave on the beach if you try and fight it you're ground into sand. If you swim with it, let the fury subside you survive and have gained the knowledge and experience that you can elevate over forces that could extinguish you.

Here's the eclipse! They come annually. If you're in England, Ireland or Scotland the rising moon tonight will rise eclipsed. It used to be huge news, the moon has been eaten! This is the metaphor that the shadow of the earth absorbs the energy of the moon. So we suck up this energy. When there is that sense that it's a wave crashing over us there is that idea that we are attracting it to us. Hard core existentialists even get with the idea that we are a product of every decision that we have made. So if you have an area of your life or a relationship that is torturing you try and go a little deeper past the resistance and look for the magnet in you that is drawing it toward you.

Eclipses come in pairs; lunar and solar. We have this 14-day cocoon to sculpt our bodies, minds and hearts. Adding or subtracting things from the daily routine just to shake it up, give yourself some focus, is a pro active way to approach it. If you've got a monkey on your back now is time to toss a banana into the jungle and hopefully it follows. Dreams and intuitions can be closer the surface and clearer in their message. For those that are aware and inclined to take such communication from deep inside ourselves, the part of us that is never disconnected from the whole, these can be simple and powerful messages. When the pace of evolution slows revolution appears.

Just because we're all laughing doesn't mean it's funny. Now in this cocoon of 14 days before the solar eclipse laughing at what we call the troubles of our life can give us the distance to gain perspective and see where we can enchant the change and evolution in our lives.

There is a bit of viciousness in the air today. On the macrocosm harsh words could bring out even harsher actions. In our microcosm of our lives we have an opportunity to infuse our day with this vigorous energy. Like harnessing any energy there is a danger of explosion from the process. So motivation is the key, understanding what our motivations are in wanting change the people, places and things in our life. When we know where the motivation comes from we have less conflict and resistance to the momentum of evolution, now we're surfing the waves instead of floundering in them.
