Monday the drive for direction disperses into the clouds of intellectual and philosophical introspection. With the Sagittarius Moon we have the one pointed focus towards our goals. We are in the dark of the Moon cycle and can realize some new forms of thinking and feeling that surround the arenas of our lives. Where we want to be, feel, how we want to live is the first step in getting there. With this moon and Mercury shifting signs there are fresh ways to realize the potential that we all have hidden. Even the direst circumstances have a path out of them. Creativity is high as Mercury moves into Aquarius and for a month the unusual has communicative precedence.

On Tuesday the Moon still in Sag we can jot down some of the directional inclinations we are having, today the Moon shifts in Capricorn and there is the window to see the basic steps we need to build this path to our optimum living. Mars shifts into Capricorn and the Warrior gets an accountant. We realize the energy and resources it takes to use this style of Mars expansion. Look at areas in your life that you are using the most vigorous parts of yourself. Here there could be a little tweaking that pays off in more efficient use of the valuable resource of vitality.

Mid-week on Wednesday we have the Moon still in Capricorn. This is the darkest two days of the lunar cycle this month. We can get out personal spreadsheets in order and scan for leaks in our individual economies and make great gains in organization. These meetings with ourselves over details we usually put off and procrastinate on, today we can make short work of them and feel like we have surveyed our work and have the details under control.

All of the hard core and finite energy of the week shifts on Thursday. There is the meeting between Venus and Neptune in wily Aquarius, giving us a burst of the beautiful and passionate in the realm of the unusual and revolutionary. The new Moon is in Capricorn today and we start fresh with a deep sense of being grounded. It shifts quickly as the Moon soon heads into Aquarius and now we have the soul of the philosopher coming up, all things are open for discussion and evaluation in a new and different way. Tradition, rules and regulations are exposed to the fresh eyes of possibilities. Just because that's the way it's always been done is a reason to try a new method.

Friday we can see the world with these open minded eyes of Aquarius. There is no reason even the most stodgy person couldn't take another track towards their life. Why not have breakfast for dinner, get up before dawn for no reason but to enjoy the sunrise, just shifting the day to day and experiencing it another way can have profound effects we never even conceived.

Saturday and Sunday we have the weekend to float in Aquarius, a good time to meet friends in a new space, to shake up the old patterns. Especially those relationships you would describe as being in a rut. One does need to take care not to force it on someone who isn't feeling the innovative vibe as strong as you, it's better to make it a tempting invitation then an order.

Now we are in the momentum of the waxing moon, all possibilities are out there. From earlier in the week we have the lists of limits and the tasks it will take to expand them. With the Pisces Moon approaching we can see the deeper emotional motivations that are driving the way that we live. Where is the psychic self? We all have one, like a station on the radio that you may never listen to. It's the opportunity to adjust and get a more comfortable position with this part of us. Why not follow some hunches, or at least listen to them. The mind is like a muscle; you can strengthen it and teach it to perform exquisite acts with use. Use it or loose it they say, but it might be better to employ, 'play with it or it will play with you.'
