Mon Feb 05 - Sun Feb 11MoonWeek Virgo thru Sagittarius
This week we start Monday with the Moon in Virgo most of the day. So the continuance of 'the plan' is the action. We have the list of tasks required to execute it and know the limitations. The trick is to keep from the negative mind in this whirlwind, the one that instantly throws up the limitations to every fresh idea, or as the novel way of looking at things comes it offers a situation from the past that turned out poorly. To remind ourselves of failures is like re-infecting ourselves with the tumor of the past. The truth is the past and future do not exist and when the monkey mind reaches out to the past to infect the future the result is frustration. It's possible to be realistic about limitations and at the same time optimistic about evolutionary changes. The moon slips into Libra in the evening and we have the influence of the diplomat, the vision that there is a solution or implementation that can be good for all. With the Libra moon we can all share in this altruistic nature, even if we don't have sun or moon in Libra we get the flavor each month during the lunar transit. Tuesday with the Moon still in Libra we can take the critical assessment of our lives and infuse it with this more feminine, venusian and harmonious mindset. Group problems whether a band, family, corporation or country are resolved easily and with a greater sense of harmony that includes all, solutions are ones that are obvious and simple. Especially in situations that seem to be complex, there are always basic principles that are common to the community and they translate to basic and simple actions that can have pure motivation. No tactics of deception, concealing or manipulation need be applied. Wednesday with the Moon still in this sign of compassion and community vision Venus and Uranus meet in Pisces, this takes a few days to play out but it can be a shock infusion of higher moral vision coming through technology in a revolutionary style. On the individual plane it's a few days where we can channel this psychic nature to bring down fresh ideas that are complimentary to all. The hardest part may be accepting them into our own lives from others and institutions. Flexibility is the key to good living; whether you are talking about the tissue surrounding your bones or the way you look at resources and how you manage them. We are in a world where a single idea can circle the planet in an instant. So if you can't think anything progressive try not thinking at all. Thursday things get a bit thicker, deeper, the transit of the moon through Scorpio each month is a tour of the skeletons in our closet. Of the inner most workings of our minds, the actual architecture of thoughts, it's a transit that many find deep and dizzy. Those with placements or transits here get an infusion of this revelatory nature. People are freer with their secrets. In the public sphere this is when many squirt out. In the magnetized nature of our current medias it's difficult for anything to remain hidden forever. So careful before you hit send, make sure all the address' that are supposed to be hidden are and that you didn't give away the location of that suprise party. Today also there is a conjunction of the Sun with Neptune, we get an infusion of the madness in us all, the hidden drives and the parts of us that when let loose can drive us to excess but also to places we never would have gone without the push. It happens in Aquarius so it has a tinge of the revolutionary to it, as in new, fresh and concept changing. First always there is the conception before implementation or execution. Today listen to your mind it may be trying to send you a message that contains this possibility. Friday with the Moon still in sexy and surgical Scorpio, Venus squares off with Jupiter giving a constructive chance to place some of those recent feelings into a place where they can expand and become reality. It takes a suspension of the belief systems that are restrictive. It's just life after all, if you are always living to play it safe you're in a way afraid of death; death of relationships, structures, jobs, life itself. There is no way to avoid death but to relieve yourself of the fear of it. Otherwise you loose the opportunity to live and are only breathing and making cells maybe living but not really alive, just taking up space. Saturday we are in the last degrees of Scorpio and the Sun and Saturn square off close to these degrees. It is a potent day with the x-ray vision of Moon in Scorpio, the Sun providing fresh ideas from Aquarius and Saturn in Leo grounding it concretely in the heart. Make no mistake that today is one of those 'instant karma' passages. The Sun/Saturn opposition will flavor the weekend and into next week. Saturn is heavy, all cultures attribute it with the limitations and laws of the physical plane. As we evolve as beings these mysteries become technology, witness wireless communication, now a phone in your hand reaches around the globe in an instant, leaving the planet to bounce off satellites. One hundred years ago this would have been the power of a shaman, priest or magician, now it's available to the most common of people. Later today the energy splits with the Moon moving into Sagittarius, now the soup of the psychic and emotional depths we've been touring is replaced by a clear sense of direction that borders on the fanatic. There is always time to take a breath, even in the direst of situations, especially in these situations it slows us down so we don't take a hasty and dangerous action. You can run from a loud sound and split your head open on a door, if you take a breath you realize you weren't in danger and could walk out of the room slowly and safely. Actions taken from fear rarely happen with deep breathing or include the whole of our being, a pause allows you better access to yourself and your pool of information. Sunday is a day that we can use this charged sense of where we need to go to do some of the small tasks it takes to get that way, the cliche of great journeys beginning with a single step rings true because it is. After this first step there are many others which lead us to an even better cliche, that the end of the journey isn't as important as experiencing all the small steps it takes along the way.
