Mon July 2- Sun July 8

MoonWeek Aquarius thru Taurus

After all the dramatics of last week the disconnected and psychic nature most of this week will be welcome to many. The moon occupies Aquarius and Pisces much of the week and ethereal flashbacks of the drama leading up to the full moon last Saturday will be revisited, reviewed or relocated in strange and unusual ways in our beings.

It's the coyote energy, the saturn component, the that which doesn't' kill you makes you stronger. However it translates to you that there is a constant symbiotic dance between you (microcosm) and IT (macrocosm). Like the big IT, all existence plus more to give a hint of infinity. It's just a world's view thang. Einstein said the biggest decision any of us make is whether it's a hostile or friendly universe. But wait, don't order yet, we all make this judgment with each breath! Yeah maybe that sounds crazy but if it's the fabric that our lives lay in AND we have the ability to blend effect and affect. It's as least as important as the price of bio diesel, and I hear alot about that in backyards lately.

Monday the moon is in Aquarius, the moorings have been loosed. All those stark judgments of the weekend aren't so evident. We see less the balance sheet and more the philosophy behind it. It can be a bit dizzying for many as people are floating in and out of attention spans. It's a good thing that circulation and respiration happen without us having to think about it.

Tuesday we still have the mind of minds. It's a great environment not only to think outside the box but forget the box all together or to ponder the nature of the box itself. We always forget when we head to drama land that we are a creation of our own choices. It doesn't make mathematic sense to blame it on the outside world, so many other factors. When you pull the theorem down to, "I'm a result of all things I decided to do and not do." Then it gets a bit clearer. This pondering shouldn't throw you into the woe is me category. Rather inspire you to make better decisions, more creative and designed to evolve in the direction you want. Nothing is irrational or inconceivable today.

Wednesday we slip into Pisces, so near and so far from the Aquarius mind. It's more psychic in nature, not as cold and analytical. Now the components of thought are paired with the feelings and emotions that they generate. On the waning moon we can really amp up the dream world, see talismans lying all around the neighborhood. Our familiar surroundings are speaking in fresh ways. Uranus is still in Pisces and as the moon rolls by for it's monthly visit we get a splash of the psychic genius that can solve problems in the blink of a thought. In Pisces the twist is to actually utilize that thought before it heads down river. The door is open and intuition flows.

Thursday we float still in the waters of Pisces. A rivers current flows both ways and so does the elemental Pisces, we can change mental directions in an instant. It's a bit of a malleable state, the astrologers call it a mutable sign. We all have a bit of the 'believe what we were last told' mind frame. In Pisces it's possible to see direct emotional and physical corollaries to the thoughts we have. To observe the constant workings of the mind/body/heart. How the heart rate and respiration fluctuate to reflect each thought. Then a raised heart rate causes other thoughts. This style of information constantly flows through the being mental, chemical and emotional. To just observe it for awhile can give us some insight into ourselves.

Friday the moon goes into Aries and we have our monthly dose of the ram's energy, passion and general explosive force. It's a great sign for getting things done if you've had a slacker week. With the waning moon and a malaise from the mid week it's a welcome state to have a body full of energy. If you don't know what to do try cleaning and gardening, with the cycle of a waning moon finishing up projects is better then starting new ones with Aries. Unless you tie yourself to the project and see completion with each step it can languish and next week you'll still see that pile of stuff you started sorting.

Saturday and Sunday it's the moon in Aries for the weekend. You may want to take a reference point glance on Friday because by the end of the weekend even the most undirected will have shuffled things around and changed their home/studio landscape. All clutter needs to be touched and dealt with at regular intervals. Difficult because one persons pile is another's discreet organizing system. Clutter collects energy, that's why it's so hard to deal with. We have to think/feel about every little piece of 'art', junk, or memorabilia. To sort through it and reduce, reorganize and recycle it makes space for all that new art trying to find you. This waning Aries moon is also a fantastic time to do cleansing and begin new eating/yoga practice cycles. Now is the time we are metabolizing cells for the winter. What we eat, what we think as we do it and how we use the energy directly relate to our health in the winter. It's cell by cell.

Sunday Venus is trine Pluto: leo and sag. A sweet tinge on the planet of war or a bit of an upheave in the arena of the heart and ideas about the nature of art and beauty. It's a trine or 120 degree separation. That's the peace sign or the mercedes logo whichever you see easier. On the macro level it's an energy that will be expressed in some large gestures of peace, maybe tony blair will hand glide into the west bank. On the individual level we can use it to blend that fierce, tenacious push of Pluto with the exquisite energy seeking of Venus. In the last month we've dropped alot about how Venus also has combat boots and spears in her closet as well as seashells and flowing white gowns. However you surf it there will be this flavor for the early part of next week. Sometimes a pre-emptive love strike is the only way to go.
